  1. I spent last night at Mike's apartment where I pretty much fell in love with his Casio keyboard. I got quite a few interesting lessons in music theory while I was at it, which was extremely interesting for me – though perhaps not for him, since he had just finished a term of music theory class that he didn't like too much. But what are friends for if not extracting information?
  2. Yahoo! Pipes really is a solid product. I just found another use for it: filtering the JapanesePod101 feed for only the episodes I'm interested in (Lower Intermediate).
