Daily Crap 2007-11-29

  1. Despite the bad photography of the joint on their web page, the New Media Center on campus is a very cozy place. And as long as I force my creative energies into 1pm-7pm (1pm-5pm on Sundays), I don't have to buy my own Photoshop license!
  2. I finally get through the largely useless engineering pre-requisites and get to take the courses I actually want to take... and my advisor commented that I had too much CS in my schedule. CS is kinda-sorta why I came to college. It sure wasn't for the years of chemistry, physics, and calculus.
  3. The new schedule: introduction to logic design; advanced programming techniques; theory of algorithms; introduction to music (finally!). I'm applying for Princeton Laptop Orchestra and putting my heart into it, so I hope I get in.
